Queens Dealership Gets A New Look This Year.

At Helms Bros., we’ve always prided ourselves on providing only the best to our customers. Whether it’s providing you with a brand-new luxury vehicle, a certified pre-owned vehicle, or our excellent maintenance, we trust that by giving you the utmost quality and luxury service, you will see the difference in choosing us for all of your vehicle needs. With that in mind, we want to renew our commitment to you, the customer, by ensuring you receive the most luxurious amenities inside and out of your vehicle. That is why, Helms Bros., Inc. is proud to announce that, this fall, we bring you a brand new Helms Bros. location. We are set to undergo a full remodel designed to surpass all of our customers needs and create a luxurious atmosphere to provide you with the best luxury vehicles on the market today.
 

A new year is often seen as a time for looking ahead and making changes with your best interests in mind. That’s why Helms Bros., Inc. has you in mind as we make a new resolution to provide bar-none customer service to the public. Yes, it is a New Year and with that comes a new Helms Bros., bigger and better than ever before.
 

While many businesses often choose to close during remodel and construction, Helms Bros. wants you to know that WE WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR THE DURATION OF THE REMODEL. We don’t want you to lose out on important opportunities for your automotive needs, whether it’s regular vehicle maintenance, time to renew your lease, or just the right time for you to buy a new automobile. Helms Bros. promises to be here whenever you need us; just one more way we are committing ourselves to your service.
 

What can you expect from the new Helms Bros., Inc.? Expect the unexpected. We are looking to expand our showroom greatly, allowing us to house at least 50 vehicles for your viewing pleasure. In addition, be on the lookout for a wide variety of construction specials during the span of the remodel. Just one more way we want to say, “Thank you,” to the wide range of valued customers we’ve served in the Bayside/Queens area during the 75 years we’ve been in business.
 

The construction is set to occur in two parts. Phase one will occur through April or May of this year and have no effect on customers entering the showroom facility at Helms Bros.. Phase two is set to begin in May and will only require clients to utilize parking on the west side of the showroom with an entrance to the showroom in the back of the building. We hope you will remain patient through this remodel as we strive to provide you with proper notice of all changing flow in traffic. When phase two occurs, proper signage will be on display to direct you to the proper parking and entrances.
 

To make the remodel as painless as possible, additional sales staff will be on hand to direct you to all appropriate areas of business and to handle any and all needs you may have. The best preparation, of course, will be to call ahead and ensure the appropriate means of traffic to Helms Bros. and inside our dealership.
 

Again, we hope that you will be patient with these changes as they are in our customers’ best interest, as well as our own, as we strive to provide you with courteous, efficient service.
